DeWitt

First Central State Bank is in the town of DeWitt, located in Clinton County, Iowa approximately 20 miles north of the Quad Cities. Community spirit, well-kept properties, and friendly citizens make DeWitt the quintessential Midwest hometown.

Local attractions include the German Hausbarn Museum displaying German artifacts, 8 parks and recreational facilities including a modern aquatic center and Forest Park with 1.7 acres of natural prairie and wildflowers.

DeWitt is also home to Car-Freshner Corporation, maker of the iconic pine tree air freshener. The area has a progressive economic climate, vibrant church and non-profit organizations, and a strong local school system. First Central also serves neighbors in the towns of Grand Mound, Welton, and Low Moor in addition to those listed below.

LeClaire

LeClaire, Iowa, a Midwestern historic town located where Interstate 80 crosses the Mississippi River. As the birthplace of Buffalo Bill and known as "the town where the river pilots lived," the city's heritage is fascinating and varied. With its outstanding educational and historical facilities and through community involvement, LeClaire continues to nurture the intellectual and spiritual growth of its citizens and visitors.

Today LeClaire is experiencing a rebirth in development, due to their location, excellent schools, churches, civic organizations, attractions, and events. For example, thousands visit their annual Tug Fest, the ultimate tug of war across the Mississippi.

Eldridge

Located just minutes from the Quad Cities in Northern Scott County, Eldridge offers the best of both worlds with small town living and big city conveniences just a short drive away. Eldridge is a friendly, quiet community with many local activities going on year-round and exceptional recreational opportunities with the proximity of Scott County Park.

Camping, swimming and two golf courses are all just around the corner. The Eldridge-North Scott Chamber along with other community groups brings many unique and interesting activities and events to the community. Eldridge is lucky to be home to the award-winning North Scott Community School District which is a recognized leader in educational excellence with 3000 students taught in five elementary schools, a junior high and high school.

Clinton

First Central State Bank is in two locations in the city of Clinton -- located at 2600 Lincoln Way and 1427 N. Second St. Clinton has a rich history, with several landmarks still standing to this day. 

Situated on the Mississippi River, Clinton is home to several attractions, showcasing a diverse range of things to do in this town of more than 25,000. Some of the highlights include Eagle Point Park, the Clinton marina, home to a restaurant and boating activity, and the Clinton LumberKings 

Clinton also is home to several manufacturers, including ADM, LyondellBasell, Custom-Pak and more, in addition to new developments. Clinton boasts award-winning schools and several opportunities for people to get involved in non-profits and activities.

Goose Lake

Goose Lake has a population of 240 and features a vibrant school district -- Northeast, in Clinton County. The Northeast School District is an award-winning district, featuring students from several area towns.
