Mobile Wallet

Now you can use your First Central State Bank MasterCard® Debit Card with a supported device to make purchases at stores and participating apps with a quick tap of your phone. 

Introducing Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay®, and Android Pay®.  Instead of using your actual debit card numbers when you add your card, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted and securely stored.  AND when you make a purchase, the Device Account Number alongside a transaction-specific dynamic security code is used to process your payment.  So your actual debit card numbers are never shared by Apple, Samsung or Android with merchants or transmitted with payment. 

In addition, paying with your phone is private as the cashier never sees your name, card numbers or security code.

SecurLOCK Equip is a new mobile app that allows you to control how, when and where your debit cards are used. It is a simple and secure way to manage and monitor your payment transaction activity. SecurLOCK Equip can help keep your payment cards safe and provide instant notifications whenever your card is used.  

How do I get the SecurLOCK Equip app?

  1. Download the FREE app from the Apple Store.  If you have an Android phone you download the FREE app from the Google Play store. 
  2. Once the app has successfully downloaded to your smartphone you can begin to register your First Central State Bank debit cards.

Mobile Check Deposit

NEW!  Banking in the palm of your hand.

  • Deposit a check into your eligible bank account using your smartphone app
  • Available to all consumer and Basic Business customers with eligible accounts
  • Checks must be payable in US dollars drawn on any US bank or credit union and can include personal, business and government checks
  • Cutoff time for checks deposited is 4:00 PM CST on banking days
  • Daily deposit limit of $2,500
  • Weekly deposit limit of $5,000

P2P

Send money to almost anyone with easy and secure Person-to-Person (P2P) Payments.

P2P Payments are a digital cash alternative that makes sending and receiving money as easy as emailing and texting. Whether it's paying allowance, splitting the check or sending a birthday gift, P2P Payments are a secure method to send money to another person through Online or Mobile Banking. You can pay a friend, relative, landlord - almost anyone - instantly. 

All you need to get started is a First Central State Bank MasterCard Debit Card and your recipient's email address and/or cell phone number.

  1. Click "P2P" in your Online Banking or Mobile Application under Transactions
  2. Enter your Name, Email Address and Debit Card Number (Initial setup only)
  3. Enter Recipient's Name and Email Address or Mobile Number
  4. Enter Your Existing Debit Card Pin

How it Works

  1. You initiate a payment from any device.
  2. The recipient will then receive an email or text message with a link for instructions to accept the payment. 
  3. They can then enter their debit card number. If their financial institution does not participate in this service using their debit card, they are notified and then they can accept the payment by entering their checking account information.
  4. Funds are debited from your account immediately. If the recipient uses their checking account to receive, the funds transfer will take 1-2 business days to credit their account.
